Netflix to Continue Streaming Kanye West’s “Jeen-Yuhs” Docu-Series Amid Backlash

Despite being dropped by Adidas this week, Netflix has announced that they will not be removing Kanye West’sJeen-Yuhs” documentary following his recent anti-Semitic comments.

TMZ has reported that the streaming service has decided to keep the rapper’s docu-series since they are not in business with Kanye. The film itself didn’t contain any anti-Semitic rhetoric.

A Netflix representative noted that they have never removed a film just because a celebrity was in hot water and faced backlash.

Over the last month, Kanye has been dropped from several partnerships, including Balenciaga, JPMorganChase, and Adidas.

While Kanye’s documentary will continue to be available on Netflix, MRC, a Hollywood studio, is shelving its finished Kanye documentary due to the rapper’s recent outbursts.
