New App Allows Women and Men to Give Sexual Consent Through a Binding Contract Prior to Sex

With the discussion of sexual assault and sexual misconduct being at an all-time high, a Dutch tech company is now looking to give their contribution to the movement with the launch of a new app.

A company called LegalThings is currently developing an app called LegalFlings that would allow potential partners to sign a legally binding document that would give consent for certain sexual acts prior to them getting busy.

While it might sound like a great idea to some, there are obviously some flaws in the concept. For example, it dismisses the fact that people sometimes change their mind in the middle of the act.
