Eva Marcille is preparing to expand her family, as PEOPLE reports that the model is expecting with her boyfriend, Michael Sterling.

The model, who is currently on VH1’s Scared Famous and recently signed on for “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” revealed her relationship back in 2016. Since then, the couple has been flourishing, with Marcille spending most of her time in Georgia to film and support her boo, who is a recent candidate for the mayor of Atlanta.

Now, just one year after sharing their relationship with the world, the couple is sharing even more exciting news; they are expecting a baby boy. Marcille revealed the news to PEOPLE, explaining how her daughter Marley took it.

“I said, ‘Marley, would you like to have a little brother or sister?’ And she said, ‘Yes, Mom, but you know what? Maybe a baby brother. Make it a brother,” the Top Model said of her three-year-old daughter, who she shares with ex Kevin McCall.

“I thought that was adorable, but at the time, I had no idea what I was having, so my fear [about this extremely expressive and outgoing young girl [was] if this baby came out to be a little girl, that might not be a great situation for Marley,” Marcille continued. “However, I found out soon after that I was having a boy, and I felt like she willed it in her favor. I’m beyond elated to be having a boy.”
