Nikki Mudarris’ court battle with LiAngelo Ball is now fully out in the open, and new filings reveal what she’s seeking as the fight over their two children intensifies.
Mudarris, 35, and Ball, 27, have been in an ongoing legal dispute regarding their kids, LaVelo Anthony Ball, born in 2023, and LaNiyah Nicole Ball, born in 2024. As part of the case, her attorneys stated that Ball reported earning $666,666 per month, explaining, “In a single month, LiAngelo makes more than Nicole’s entire net worth, including her cash, checking, investments, 50 percent equity in a Beverly Hills condominium and her equity interest in a Rolls Royce.”
According to Us Weekly, court documents list the rapper’s May assets at $6,453,546.55, with debts totaling $2,558,984, placing his reported net worth at $3,894,562.55. The former “Love & Hip-Hop” star’s filing on November 24 detailed her finances, listing her occupation as an influencer earning about $4,167 per month. She said her average monthly income in 2024 was $10,000, but that she currently earns $2,000 from her lingerie and clothing line. According to the filing, pregnancy from March to December 2024 changed her income, and she has not returned to real estate work. She reported $20,000 in cash and bank accounts and real property valued at $441,502.
She also disclosed monthly expenses of $36,349.27, noting that $31,120.70 of that is covered by others. Her bills include $9,750 rent, $4,400 child care, $2,000 groceries, $1,000 DoorDash, $1,431 utilities, multiple car payments, and a $28,000 American Express balance. She reported owing her parents $156,725 for living expense loans and said she has already paid $97,000 in legal fees.
On December 10, she objected to Ball’s request that she turn over additional documents, including bank statements, travel records, information on jewelry purchases, and any cosmetic or plastic surgery paperwork.
The two are expected to return to court later this month as Mudarris pushes for support terms she believes match the realities outlined in her filings.
