Ochocinco Slaps His Lawyer’s Butt & Gets Sentenced To Jail (Video)

Ochocinco is going to learn that there is a time to play around and a time to be serious. When you’re in court facing a judge, it is not the time to play around. Unfortunately the (former) NFL star had to learn that the hard way and he will be spending 30 days in jail because of it. 

Chad “Ochocinco” was very close to not seeing any jail time at all. After violating his probation, his lawyer was nearly successful in sealing a deal that would have kept him out of handcuffs. Apparently the football star forgot that he was not on the field and after giving his lawyer a congratulatory slap on the butt, the enraged judge gave him an even harsher sentence than he was going to get originally. Not only has he earned himself 30 days behind bars, but his probation was extended until December 21, 2013, he must complete an additional 25 hours of community service and he must complete more therapy sessions. Maybe now he’ll take life a little more serious.
