One-time supporter and friend of Donald Trump, Omarosa, shocked the internet when she popped out at the Democratic National Convention.
She tweeted a photo from the blue carpet with the caption, “HU! YouKnow! #HBCUPride.” She noticeably rocked sister locs, which some believe was a strategic way to get back in the good graces of the Black community.

Naturally, Twitter users would not allow Omarosa to forget her past. One video that quickly circulated was a video from Trump’s first campaign. In the clip, Omarosa praised him and declared that people would have no choice but to “bow down” to him.
“Every critic, every detractor will have to bow down to President Trump. It’s everyone who’s ever doubted Donald, who ever disagreed, who ever challenged him. It is the ultimate revenge to become the most powerful man in the universe,” Omarosa proudly stated in the circa 2016 video.

Omarosa grew close to Trump during her tenure on his hit reality series, “The Apprentice.” Omarosa quickly hopped on his campaign when he announced his first bid for the White House. Once elected, he appointed her to an advisor position. However, their relationship soured when she released her 2018 tell-all book about her time working with Trump. His team filed a complaint against her, claiming Omarosa violated a nondisclosure agreement by penning “Unhinged.” Ultimately, Trump’s campaign was ordered to pay Omarosa $1.3M in legal fees. Since their fallout, Omarosa has been vocal about her disdain for him. However, her apparent new allegiance to the democratic party seems to suggest she has completely switched sides.
