Paula Patton has got a new boo and she says he’s a single parent too!
The 42-year-old actress was talking to EXTRA on Monday about her new film #Traffik, when she spilled the beans about her a newfound love. “I have a boyfriend now,” she said. “I haven’t called anybody a boyfriend. He’s my boyfriend!”
Patton says the two have only been dating for a month but she knows she loves him, according to People. “But when you know, you know. I love him,” said the actress.
She wouldn’t share the mysterious man’s name but went on to tell how their relationship is like a storybook love. “If you have a kid and you have a basketball game, look at the daddies. It’s kind of a suburban romance. He’s got kids, I got a kid. It’s one of those.
Patton also discussed how she co-parents with her ex-husband Robin Thicke and says the best option for you and your child is to forgive. “To live in the now,” she said. “You have to forgive. That was then, this is now. You don’t have to hold on to anything. You are not doing your children any service. Bring as much peace and harmony to their life as you can.”
