One of the two glass-covered homes Grammy Award-winning artist and fashion designer Pharrell Williams has on the market has sold for $14 million on Tuesday.
The Beverly Hills, California home sold at a $1.6 million loss for Williams. He purchased the home in 2018 for $15.6 million from producer and actor Tyler Perry.
The Los Angeles Times was to first report on the sale of the home, which is described as “designed precisely for entertaining” and possessing “endless potential.”
The stunning mansion features floor-to-ceiling windows, a grotto, and waterfalls, a tennis court, in addition to a 200-foot driveway with a motor court for up to 30 vehicles. The estate also boasts ten bedrooms with 11 bathrooms.
The singer and songwriter has another property currently on the market in Hollywood Hills. Listed for $11.95 million, the mansion hit the market in May. Similar to the house that just sold, it features floor-to-ceiling glass windows with five bedrooms and an infinity pool. A two-story guest house also sits on the property.
