Popeyes just announced their new limited-edition buffalo ranch chicken sandwich released nationwide.
Their original chicken sandwich has been elevated, with new additions like the creamy buttermilk ranch and a tangy buffalo sauce. Foodies can purchase the new sandwich for $4.99.
Sami Siddiqui, the president of the North America Popeyes locations, said, “Two years ago, our chicken sandwich reintroduced the world to our chicken mastery, and we have not stopped innovating since. We have a lot of fun experimenting with new flavors in our test kitchen, and this buffalo ranch chicken sandwich is one I’m especially excited to bring to our guests.”
In August 2019, Popeyes debuted its chicken sandwich, which was immediately praised. With the so-called #ChickenWars, the popularity only expanded.
The original chicken sandwich was sold out for around two weeks across the country before being reintroduced to the menu in October 2019.
