Popeyes is hiring more staff to meet the demand for the launch of its new crispy chicken nuggets.
“Just like our game-changing chicken sandwich, our new chicken nuggets are unlike anything you may have experienced before,” said Sami Siddiqui, Popeyes North American President. “We aim to show the world once again the magic of Popeyes chicken with our new nuggets. We believe that these piece(s) of crunch, juicy, delicious chicken will have guests questions how they ever enjoyed chicken nuggets before this.”
Corporate executives are reviewing Popeyes restaurants all over the United States to “identify ways first-hand the brand can quickly meet the excitement and interest from our guests of out new product.” The company experienced shortages and long lines when the Classic Chicken Sandwich debuted in 2019.
The chicken nuggets are marinated with the same seasonings as the Classic Chicken Sandwich and coated with a buttermilk batter and fried to perfection.
The Popeyes Chicken Nuggets will be available on July 27, 2021. Customers can order in-store or through Popeyes app.
