A warrant has been issued after a pregnant woman threw a tantrum inside a McDonald’s.
On Thursday afternoon, a woman got upset with McDonald’s employees after her order took too long. Deputies say Tianis Jones barged into the restaurant and began complaining to an employee at the counter.
Shortly after, Jones threw a small plastic sign and several bottles toward the worker. She then walked behind the counter, throwing cups on the floor and at employees.
Jones’ relatives later came in to calm her down, but she remained upset. Jones was asked to leave several times but wouldn’t budge and instead called the police herself. Jones told the deputies, “I’m five months pregnant. These people don’t know how to run an (expletive) McDonald’s!”
Finally, Jones’ family convinced her to leave the restaurant, which she did but not without making a grand exit.
“As Jones got to the exit, she turned toward the employees and lifted her shirt to expose her belly. Then turned and began twerking at them,” the Sheriff’s Office said.
The Sheriff described Tianis Jones’ behavior as outrageous despite her being five months pregnant.
“I don’t know why this woman got as angry as she was, but as the saying goes, she’s a few fries short of a Happy Meal,” he said. “She better not complain about the food we serve here at the county jail.”
