Prince Harry will support his father at his coronation; however, it will be without Meghan Markle.
A source confirmed to USA Today on Wednesday that the Duke of Sussex will attend King Charles and Queen Consort Camilla’s coronation on May 6 at Buckingham Palace on behalf of him and the Duchess of Sussex.
“Buckingham Palace is pleased to confirm that The Duke of Sussex will attend the Coronation Service at Westminster Abbey on 6th May. The Duchess of Sussex will remain in California with Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.”
Markle will not attend the coronation and stay in California as the couple’s son, Archie, birthday falls on the same day as the coronation, and he will turn 4.
Harry’s attendance will be the first meeting between him and his father since the royal rift erupted, and his new book, a tell-all on all family secrets in “Spare,” his best-selling book.
