R. Kelly’s Infamous Atlanta Home Where He Imprisoned Women Has Been Sold

A new owner has taken over the house where R. Kelly reportedly imprisoned women against their will.

According to TMZ, the mansion that the singer formerly rented in Metro Atlanta was sold on June 3 for $1,785,000.

The house is notorious for being the location where Kelly allegedly kept women as part of his purported sex cult. Some of the women claim they were forced to call him “Daddy” and had to beg permission for everything from bathroom breaks to food, as recounted in the docuseries “Surviving R. Kelly.”

Kelly has denied the charges and is currently being held in a Chicago jail awaiting a federal trial.

The new owner clearly saw the potential in the home’s 11,455 square feet, seven bedrooms, 12-foot ceilings, and two kitchens, despite its terrible reputation.

The estate also has a pool, jacuzzi, treehouse, playhouse, and tennis court, as well as 7 fireplaces, a home theater, and a 4-car garage.
