Last week, #KanyeWest released his highly anticipated album, “Ye,” where he discussed being diagnosed with a mental condition, his marital issues and his controversial comments. But, before he released the project to the world, he played it for the industry’s finest in Moran, Wyoming.
Although the event went on without incident, it very well may be the last rap gathering at the Diamond Cross Ranch in Wyoming, as the neighbors weren’t too pleased with the disruption.
According to The Blast, Jane Golliher, the woman who owns and operates the facility, said the experience was a great “learning curve,” for her future endeavors, but said it was the “most confusing’ event that the facility has ever handled, to say the least.

Initially, the party was scheduled to take place inside, but plans were changing “every 30 minutes.” Ultimately, the party ended up being outside, which sparked concern for the neighbors. According to the publication, complaints were almost immediate, as Teton County has strict noise ordinances that require residents to keep quiet after 10 PM.

On top of the noise issue, Golliher said the party was supposed to end at 10 PM, but it didn’t start until 9:30 PM. By midnight, she said her husband had to threaten to pull the power on the event, if it wasn’t shut down right then and there.

Although she said there are no hard feelings toward Kanye, she said she feels she was misled on the details of the event. She also said Kanye’s team informed her that their boss does whatever he wants. So with that, in an effort to prevent similar issue, Golliher says “no more rappers,” will be allowed at the ranch.
