Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore has reportedly refused to return for the sixth season of the show unless she is paid more. It looks like she may have to suck it up and return anyway because there is nothing gone with the wind fabulous about being evicted from your home.
Radar Online is reporting that the former beauty queen is being sued by her landlord for not making her full rent payment for May. Kenya lives, and films, in a $3999-a-month, six bedroom and six bathroom Roswell mansion. In May she paid her rent less $848 and also defaulted on the terms and conditions of the lease. Now Kenya’s landlord is suing for rent for June, along with more $2500 in eviction fees and damages.
An eviction notice was posted on Kenya’s door last Thursday but because she hasn’t been home yet, apparently she has no idea. The owner has also received tons of complaints on Kenya, from her being a bad neighbor to her terrible upkeep of the property. Neighbors say she has not maintained the landscaping, nor the pool, has even storied furniture outside and her dog is always on the loose.
