Rory Farrell, co-host of the popular “Rory & Mal” podcast, is under fire after a string of resurfaced tweets showed him making disparaging remarks about Black women, including one where he referred to Beyoncé as having a “hoodrat” name.

The tweets, which date back years, have sparked outrage across social media. In one, Rory wrote, “I’ve never saw a good looking black woman.” Another stated, “Every black woman has either, wanted to, thought about, or actually f**ked a white guy.” But the comment that struck the loudest nerve? His take on Beyoncé, which many found not only offensive but completely out of pocket. In another tweet, he took aim at her hair, writing, “How much weave was sacrificed for King Bey today?

As the tweets gained traction online, the Bey Hive called out Rory for his anti-Black rhetoric, especially considering the podcast’s core audience. Additionally, Rory was previously engaged to a woman of color, even proposing to her during the 2020 Roc Nation Brunch, which also make his comments a bit more concerning.
