Sean Kingston Accused Of Gang Rape

According to a new lawsuit, Sean Kingston and his bodyguard allegedly gang raped a drunk teenager in the singer’s hotel room back in 2010. The now 22-year old, Carissa Capeloto claims she was forced to have sex with Sean, his bodyguard and a member of Sean’s band at a Seattle hotel in July, 2010.

She says the alleged rape went down after she had smoked marijuana and downed 7-10 shots of vodka. Capeloto is suing all three of the men she claims were involved. The story goes that Carissa says she was invited to Sean Kingston‘s hotel room following a Justin Bieber concert where Sean had performed. It was supposed to be for a meet-and-greet but whens he arrived Sean was waiting naked on his bed.

Carissa Capeloto claims the bodyguard picked her up and placed her on top of Sean Kingston and ‘all three of the men proceeded to gang rape her while she was “obviously intoxicated, incapable of consent.”‘ Carissa says she was later rescued by her friend who entered the room. Police were called and Carissa was taken to the hospital where she says she was treated for physical injuries consistent with rape.

Carissa is saying her life has been ruined by the incident. She can’t sleep, has mood swings and panic attacks and is asking for $5 Million minimum. Sean Kingston is calling BS on the incident and the actual criminal charges were dropped in 2010 after cops concluded Capeloto wasn’t credible enough for a legit case. Kingston has filed his own legal docs saying the sex was 100% consensual. A trial has been set for November.

These are some pretty serious allegations. I hope she’s not just looking for a pay day.
