Sean Kingston can finally put recent gang rape allegations behind him. Last year, Sean Kingston a woman claiming she was raped by the rapper and two members from his entourage after being invited to his hotel room for a meet and greet after a Justin Bieber concert in 2010. Kingston has maintained his innocence, saying that he was not involved in any wrong doing.
A trial date was set for November with the alleged victim seeking $5 million. Sean Kingston has settled with the victim out of the court for a fraction of what she was asking for, according to his reps. Although Kingston and his team felt they would have won the case outright had it gone to court, Kingston says that he is far too busy with his upcoming album release and tour to be able to focus on a messy civil trial. He wants to makes sure it is known he is not admitting guilt, just wants the case to go away.
