Snoop Dogg Sex Assault Accuser Refiles Lawsuit Against Him

A woman who formally accused Snoop Dogg of sexually assaulting her has refiled her lawsuit against the rapper.

The unidentified woman is known only as Jane Doe in court docs. She previously accused the “Drop It Like It’s Hot” rapper and his friend, Bishop Don Juan, of forcing her to have oral sex with them in May 2013 following a concert at Club Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim, California. She filed the original lawsuit in February. In March 2022, the plaintiff and her attorney were served with a motion to dismiss the case. The following month, Doe filed paperwork to dismiss the complaint.

The lawsuit was refiled this week and contained the same allegations from the previous filings. The woman maintains that Snoop and Don Juan violated the Trafficking Victims Protection Act and Tom Bane Civil Rights Act.

Additionally, Doe, a former employee of Snoop’s, says the rapper made threats against her via social media following a private mediation between her and the rapper’s legal team. Despite wanting anonymity, she argues the 50-year-old exposed her identity and began harassing her.

Doe previously worked as a stage performer at Snoop concerts and said the ordeal caused her stress, depression, and PTSD and also relinquished compensation and other employment benefits.

A spokesperson for Snoop has called the accusations a “shakedown scheme,” denying Doe’s claims.

Jane Doe is suing for an unspecified amount.
