Soulja Boy has announced a new move into live streaming, revealing a partnership with Kick as the platform continues its push to compete directly with Twitch.

The rapper shared the news Tuesday through social media, telling fans he is officially aligned with Kick and signaling that streaming will be a major focus going forward.

“It’s official, I’m [a] Kick partner,” Soulja said in a video posted to Twitter while showing off his watch.

Kick has not publicly confirmed the partnership. However, despite the lack of formal confirmation, Soulja quickly began treating the deal as active. Shortly after announcing the partnership, he released a freestyle that circulated widely online, featuring repeated references to Kick and direct jabs at Twitch.

“Live on Kick, n***a, I’m live on Kick/Ain’t live on Twitch, n***a, I’m live on Kick,” he rapped.

He continued by highlighting what he framed as stronger earning potential on the platform.

“Kick came with a hundred subs, n***a/I done made it rain in a hundred clubs, n***a.”

The freestyle escalated into broader claims about the audience he expects to reach on Kick, as Soulja predicted significant viewership and subscriber growth.

During a separate stream, Soulja emphasized that he views the partnership as a long-term commitment rather than a trial run.

Recent streams have featured Soulja revisiting different phases of his music career while also teasing more gaming-focused content. He told viewers he plans to play Fortnite more frequently on the platform.
