Stacey Dash Suing Los Angeles Strip Club

In late December, Deja Vu, a downtown Los Angeles strip club, promoted a birthday party for one of their employees. On the flyer was an image of Stacey Dash from her 2006 photoshoot with Playboy Magazine. The use of Dash’s image has her fuming and the actress turned Fox News correspondent, is threatening to sue.

Stacey says she never gave the club permission to use her image and she’s obviously not a stripper, so she doesn’t want these types of flyers going around. The actress is threatening to sue. So far an amount has not been disclosed.

The event was on December 28, should Stacey just let it go?
