Mogul Marion (Suge) Knight has been busted on suspicion of murder for allegedly driving onto the set of “Straight Outta Compton” on Thursday and running down two people with his car, killing one of them, cops said.

Knight fled the scene in California, cops said, and ditched his red Ford F-150 Raptor. He “was in the wind” on Thursday night, but he and his lawyer arrived at the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department station in West Hollywood station about 12:30 a.m. Friday, California time, The Los Angeles Times reported. Homicide detectives were questioning him as a person of interest, the paper reported, before he was charged. His bail is set at $2 million.

“The act appears to be intentional,” Lt. John Corina of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Corina said earlier. “He intended to run those people over.”

The deadly hit-and-run occurred around 3 p.m., after Knight drove onto the set of “Straight Outta Compton,” a biopic about N.W.A, and got into a confrontation with two unidentified men, cops said.

Shortly after the fight, cops believe Knight, 49, hopped into his red ride and followed the men to Tam’s Burgers in Compton, several blocks away from the film set. More words were exchanged in the parking lot, cops said. Then the driver of the red truck backed up and ran over one of the men, witnesses told cops. The driver then zoomed forward to run him over again, they said. The truck also hit the second man, witnesses said.

“The description appears to be Suge Knight …. One of the victims ends up dying, so now we’re investigating this as a murder,” Corina told the Daily News. The deceased victim was 55 years old. Cops didn’t release a name, but other media identified him as Terry Carter, a former business partner of Ice Cube, who had been on the set that day, as had Knight rival Dr. Dre.

Knight’s lawyer, James Blatt says the victim had been a friend of the rap mogul’s.

The injured man is 51, Corina said.

A red truck matching the description of Knight’s was found in Westwood, near Blatt’s office.

Blatt told police his client — who has a long history of trouble with the law — would surrender, Corina said.

“It was an argument,” he added. “They’re acquaintances. I’m sure they know each other. And it just went bad.”

“He was seen 20 minutes earlier over at the other incident in the same truck, arguing with some people. Then the same truck ends up over here, a person driving the truck fits his description, so we want to talk to him,” Corina said.
