R&B star Summer Walker recently revealed she has a serious love for cosmetic procedures, and she nearly took it to another level after her stint on the Chris Brown “Breezy Bowl XX” tour.

In a candid chat on the radio show The Morning Hustle, Walker admitted the first thing she did after finishing the tour was schedule surgery. She said, “I got my titties redone for the fourth time,” and she also had liposuction for the second time.

But the truly eyebrow‑raising part? Walker says she wanted to have an entire rib removed. According to her, the idea was on the table, but her team talked her out of it, in part because she had album work, video shoots, and media obligations looming.

Walker has never shied away from her love of plastic surgery. She’s been vocal about embracing her body the way she wants. Back in August, she posted: “I LOVE my body with a fiery burning passion … I’m not changing or reducing anything.”
