Takeoff’s Alleged Murderer Released From Jail on $1 Million Bond

Takeoff’s alleged murderer, Patrick Clark, has been released from jail on a $1 million bond.

Court documents show that Clark was released on Wednesday after his legal team requested that his bond be reduced to $300,000.

However, Judge Josh Hill decided to reduce his bond from its initial $2 million amount to $1 million.

According to Hill, he has previously stated that he could post a $1 million bail and that there are bail bond companies that would assume that risk.

Because of this, the judge rejected the motion to reduce the amount to $300,000 and kept it at $1 million.

According to the prosecution, Clark’s failure to disclose all of his financial assets caused concern, making it impossible to estimate how much money he has since he deals mainly with cash as a local DJ and strip club promoter.

During a previous appearance, Clark was required to turn over his passport to the court due to concerns that he was a flight risk.

Following the terms of his release, Clark is not permitted to leave his parent’s home.  Additionally, he is not allowed to speak with Takeoff’s family.
