The long standing financial tension surrounding Tasha K’s legal battles took a surprising turn today as the blogger hopped on the internet to shower Nicki Minaj with praise.
In a heartfelt public message, Tasha revealed that the “Pink Friday” rapper stepped in with a contribution during a TikTok session, providing a much needed boost to Tasha’s ongoing efforts to settle her massive debt.
While the exact amount of the donation remains under wraps, Tasha didn’t hold back her gratitude.
She said, “Thank you to the Queen @NICKIMINAJ for the generous donation on TikTok today. God is good, all the time. Y’all, I got bills to pay, and this helps so much—thank you, Nicki, seriously, I appreciate you. This is gonna go toward what I need to handle, you know, paying up what I owe, getting that settled. Once that’s done, whew, I can’t wait to get back to it, back to the real talk, back to dragging where it needs to be dragged. Y’all know how I do, ain’t no stopping this energy.” She continued, “Shout out to everybody supporting, the Winogang, we lit. Nicki, you a real one for this, thank you again!”
This public show of support arrives just as Tasha K is ramping up her GoFundMe campaign. The fundraiser was launched to help the blogger clear the remaining balance of the nearly $4 million defamation judgment awarded to Cardi B in 2022. While Tasha has entered a court approved agreement to pay roughly .2 million over the next five years, starting with monthly installments of approximately $20,000, she recently shared that about $3.5 million of the total judgment remains unpaid.
Tasha has been vocal about wanting to “close this chapter” to focus on her content creation without the weight of constant legal filings.
As the “Winogang” continues to rally behind her, many are watching to see if this co-sign from Nicki Minaj will spark a wave of new donations to her cause.
