Baller Alert, Baller Alert, Baller Alert! Welcome back to another episode of the Baller Alert Show. On this episode, Shad “Bow Wow” Moss joined Ferrari, Su Slo, BT and OCT to discuss Jermaine Dupri beef, Diddy dating his baby momma and more.
“I appreciate you pulling up because Baller Alert and Bow Wow, for some reason, don’t have the best connection,” said Ferrari.
Bow Wow shared his feelings towards the media: “Sometimes the shit that blogs post be false.”
Bow Wow shared details of his early career.
“I didn’t pop off until I was 13. I met JD when I was 11, and I sat for two years,” shared Bow Wow.
“Growing up, I played football. I had a normal childhood and went to regular school like everyone else did,” said Bow Wow.
“Did you have any intention of wanting to be famous?” asked OCT.
“No, I would just recite music around the house and entertain my mom’s guests,” said Bow Wow.
Bow Wow shared that he was signed to Deathrow Records.”Was there ever real beef between you and Lil Romeo?” asked Ferrari.
“No,” said Bow Wow. “I remember years ago, All-Star LA, we kicked it. Me, him and Raven Simone. We would always play ball at UCLA. We would always be around each other. I think it was more of outside people.”
“Who’s somebody tour that you want to go on tour with?” asked BT?
“I’m too loyal. I like making money with my bros,” said Bow Wow.
Bow Wow’s mother shared that he should tour with Snoop Dogg.
“We have seen Snoop Dogg reinvent himself over and over and over again,” said OCT.
Bow Wow went on to talk about his relationship with BT.
“Thanks for wrapping your arms around him, you kind of stole him from me,” said Ferrari.
“I hated BT when I first met him,” said Bow Wow.
“I didn’t like him either,” said BT.
Ferrari shared that Bow Wow stole BT as a friend.
“I feel like people don’t give you the respect that you have earned throughout your career. Why do you think that is?” said OCT.
“It never bothered me, but in the last 5 years, I’ve been getting it,” said Bow Wow.
“The easiest way to kill shit is to just go to work,” said Bow Wow.
“I am a really big fan of you, the actor,” said Ferrari.
“I was gonna ask, do you have an acting coach?” asked OCT.
“Never,” Said Bow Wow.
“What did you think about Young Miami’s acting role in BMF?” said OCT.
“Somebody asked me that. I wondered why people were asking me that,” said Bow Wow.
“It didn’t bother me. It’s Young Miami, and she’s branded. I don’t look at her like I would look at a Megan Good or someone with a history of acting. I’m sure she got the role because of her influence,” said Bow Wow.
“Question, why do you and JD keep falling out?” asked Ferrari.
“We had a conversation not too long ago. We made a pack that we not gone speak on us,” said Bow Wow. “I’m appreciative of everything that he’s done.”
Bow Wow shared a conversation that he had with Diddy. He explained that it made him change his ways.
“How do you navigate your daughter being that you’ve been in the business for so long?” asked OCT.
“It’s easy. Being that I lived it and still living it. It’s easy to keep her away from certain things,” said Bow Wow.
Bow Wow then discussed Co-parenting.
“I have no baby mama drama. No, not anymore. A lot of my baby mama drama was self-inflicted. I’ll put it on myself. I’m blessed and lucky to have two wonderful baby mothers,” said Bow Wow.
One of his baby mothers was seen on a boat with Diddy.
He said, “She knew better. For me, it’s more of a man thing. Me and her, we had our discussion about that,” said Bow Wow.
Bow Wow shared the discussion he had with Diddy.
“Me and dude, we had had our pow wow– I’ll keep that between us, and we handle it how we were supposed to handle it. But all men know you go by certain conduct and code. There’s certain things that are off-limits. Everybody knows wives and baby mamas are some shit that you stay clear from,” said Bow Wow.
“We spoke face-to-face on Facetime. I’ve seen him since,” said Bow Wow.
“People are curious about him because, at first, you are kind of denying it,” said OCT.
“I just didn’t want people in my business,” said Bow Wow.
“He took the test on the show and was excited about it,” said BT.
“His son was always at his house while he was on the internet saying the son wasn’t his,” said BT.
Bow Wow shared that he has learned that marriage isn’t for everybody.
“I’ve been engaged twice. Marriage is not for me. I knew I was not going to do it,” said Bow Wow.
“Marriage is something I know I can’t handle,” said Bow Wow.
“What did you learn from your last public relationship?” asked OCT.
“To stay single,” said Bow Wow.
BT asked one last question, “How have you stayed relevant for so long?”
“The culture,” said Bow Wow.
