On episode 232, Ann Marie joins Ferrari, Su Solo, BT, and OCT to discuss Tristan Thompson & Khloe Kardashian, Nick Cannon, and the Dalai Lama.
“Tristian Thompson is now back with the Lakers, and Khloe is in support of it. She liked the post,” said Ferrari.
“I think they are already back together,” said Ferarri.
“I don’t think they ever broke up,” said Su Solo.
The Dalai Lama received backlash after asking a young boy to kiss him and suck on his tongue.
“I didn’t believe it. I had to go watch the video,” said BT.
“Just imagine how many times this has happened off-camera,” said OCT.
Nick Cannon says he would like to have his thirteenth child with Taylor Swift.
“Taylor Swift is engaged,” said BT.
“He needs to focus on the 11 that he got,” said OCT.
Ann Marie
“Who is Ann Marie? Is that your real name?” asked Ferrari.
“My name is Joann Marie, So I just took the Ann,” said Ann Marie.
“Singers always have the lightest voice,” said BT.
“I literally talk like this. I be chilling,” said Ann Marie.
OCT asked what it was like to grow up in Chicago.
Ann Marie shared, “It was home, but it was so much shit going on.”
“How did you get started in music?” asked OCT.
“My uncle started me on a karaoke machine when I was young. I used to sing this Whitney Houston song, Your love is my love,” said Ann Marie.
“So you didn’t stay at Interscope long, right?” asked OCT.
“How did you get out of the deal?” asked Ferrari.
“Let’s just say they weren’t holding up the end of their bargain,” said Ann Marie.
“So you actually dropped Tripolar 1 and 2 in the same year?” asked Su Solo. She added, “Was that part of it so you could get out of this deal?”
“Naw, see, I move fast, especially when it comes to music.” Ann Marie added, “I already be having 2 -3 projects completed.”
Ann Marie shared that she has been celibate for three years.
“So how are you making sex-filled music, and you ain’t having no sex?” asked Su Solo.
Ann Marie shared that she used old experiences to help her write music.
“So now that you’re dropping Tripolar 3 independently. How is it different from having a label,” asked OCT.
“I like it better because I can make the calls,” said Ann Marie.
