’The Voice’ singer, Janice Freeman, died from an apparent blood clot in her lungs. Janice’s family told TMZ that the singer was at home in West Covina with her husband when she started complaining that she was having trouble breathing. Her husband called 911 and had to perform CPR on her until the paramedics arrive
