Tia Kemp Calls Out Nicki Minaj’s Barbie Act: “Grow the F**k Up” [Video]

Tia Kemp is weighing in on the Nicki Minaj and Cardi B drama, even sharing which of the ladies she relates to the most.

In a spicy Instagram Live, the outspoken social media star and mother of Rick Ross’ son claimed she wasn’t picking a side before aligning herself with Cardi.

“Team Nicki or Cardi. What the f**k are you talking about? I ain’t got no teams,” Kemp said. “Like, why the f**k I need to be on a team for? I love Cardi B. I ain’t with all that animated a** s**t.”

Kemp didn’t hesitate to call out the performative aspects of Nicki Minaj’s Barbie persona, saying, “It’s time to stop all that Barbie s**t and grow the f**k up. Who the f**k want to be a Barbie now? B***h, we in our 40s. I’m about to be 49 next month. I ain’t no motherf**king doll, baby. I ain’t s**t to play with.”

While she admitted to liking both artists, she made it clear who holds her heart.

“Yeah, I’m on that real s**t. You got to be real. I like them both. But you already know I love me some motherf**king Cardi. And Cardi is unmatched. Yeah, she a real person to me. She ain’t all that crazy f**ked up s**t.”

Kemp then went on to rap parts of Cardi’s latest hit, “Magnet.” And while the rap beef continues to divide fans, Kemp questioned the authenticity of some of the hate Cardi receives from her peers.

“Sometimes the opps will listen to your s**t,” Kemp suggested.

Tia Kemp may not be picking sides officially, but her message was loud and clear: she respects realness, and for her, Cardi B is the one keeping it all the way real.
