Tiffany Haddish appeared on TMZ Live on Monday and got ”choked up” when asked about the events that recently took place in Kenosha and Portland.
Haddish referred to herself as optimistic while holding back tears, expressing concern for her community.
She believes that 15% to 25% of the country is racist toward blacks and ”they’re making a lot of noise and they’re doing a lot of crazy things,” and now, she’s calling for unity.
Haddish was asked about her comments about being scared to have children made on Carmelo Anthony’s podcast, and this is what she had to say:
“Do I think I will have children? Do I feel positive about it? That’s up to God. That’s up to God and somebody getting through my birth control. I feel like there are so many children right now that parents are gone. Parents have been killed. Locked up. And a lot of them look like me. So I’m here for the adoption, the foster care. I’m here for that.”
