Let the media tear apart his words again. I can only speak for myself on this situation, when news first broke about Tiger & his infidelities, yes I was very critical. However, its easy to be critical of those in the public eye, for the mere fact, society holds them in a higher regard. When in all actuality they’re just like all of us, we’re all human & are capable of making mistakes.
Fame is one hell of a drug. It will literally suck you in to a world full of demons. Tiger was one of its many victims, however, the only apology that should stand out is that to his wife, children & family. As I listened to his words, they seemed all too forced, more importantly, very redundant. His apology did absolutely nothing for me, for the simple fact, he owes me nothing. Hell, I don’t even watch golf.
Actions speak far louder than words can. In the days to come, Tiger still has a long way to go. At the end of the day, there’s only ONE who can judge him. Needless to say, the media builds you up only to tear you down. I guess it comes with the territory of being a celebrity.
For those who peeped the press conference, what are your thoughts?
