The dating rumors floating around about Travis Scott and Jayda Cheaves are not real, and people close to the situation say the internet ran way too far with this one.
The chatter sparked after accusations from Jayda’s former friend Emily Huff, who took to Instagram Stories with claims that Jayda had been sneaking around with the rapper and even tried to slip through the back entrance of a Miami club to watch him.
Despite how loud the accusations got online, sources with direct knowledge spoke exclusively with TMZ and stated the rumors are flat-out false. According to those insiders, Travis and Jayda are not dating and do not have any romantic or physical relationship at all.
The timing of the claims also overlaps with renewed tension surrounding Jayda’s recent livestream, where she addressed long-circulating rumors involving Ari Fletcher and her child’s father Lil Baby. Jayda answered plainly, saying, “Them rumors are true, no shade. That’s been going on. That’s been a thing, but I don’t want to talk about it.”
Things escalated further when rapper Supa Peach publicly criticized Jayda and even accused her of sneaking around with Lil Baby while he was dating Emily years ago.
Travis Scott has remained tight-lipped, though for now, it seems the rumors have been put to bed.
