50 Cent Sues Med Spa

Trial Date Set In 50 Cent Penis Enhancement Lawsuit: “My D**k is a Big Deal”

The plastic surgeon who used 50 Cent as a marketing tool for penis enlargement surgery is learning the hard way about playing games with the G-Unit founder.

Perfection Plastic Surgery & MedSpa will now have to defend themselves in court for using the rapper’s picture to insinuate that he’d had the cosmetic procedure done in their office. 50 Cent filed a lawsuit against the practice and surgeon Angela Kogan in September. He alleges that when taking a photo with Kogan during a trip to Miami in 2020, he believed she was a fan. That photo was later used to suggest that she’d performed the private enhancement procedure on him. In the court documents, the 47-year-old says he suffered immense embarrassment when MedSpa shared the photo on their social media platforms. Additionally, 50 says he has never received penis enlargement surgery or any other procedure at the location.

Kogan fired back at the lawsuit, alleging that Mr. Jackson agreed to take a photo with her and also gave the green light for it to be used on their social media platforms. She previously asked the Southern District of Florida to dismiss the suit, which they declined. Now, the case is headed to trial, with July 3rd, 2023, being the date that 50 will face off with Kogan.

The “Many Men” star celebrated the upcoming trial date on Instagram, bragging that his “d**k is a BIG DEAL.” He also slammed the company for putting “themselves out of business.”

Despite the court date, there is still time for Kogan and MedSpa to right their wrongs. Both parties may try to reach a settlement, though mediation must be completed if no deal is reached by March 23rd, 2023.
