In a recent social media post, he criticized institutions like the Smithsonian, accusing them of being “out of control” for teaching about slavery and inequality. According to Trump, museums have become the “last remaining segment of woke” by focusing too much on the country’s flaws instead of celebrating its achievements.

He argued that America’s museums should highlight success, innovation, and the future, not slavery or oppression. To push his agenda forward, Trump revealed that he instructed his attorneys to review museum exhibits and apply the same changes that were made in colleges and universities under his direction.

“This country cannot be woke because woke is broke,” Trump wrote, adding that the United States should be recognized as the “hottest country in the world.”
