Cheese-Infused Martini

Velveeta Releases Limited Edition Cheese-Infused Martini In Select Restaurants

Velveeta has unleashed a cheese-infused martini, which is great news for cheese lovers but probably not the best drink for those who grapple with the bubble guts on a consistent basis.

The festive beverage known as the “Veltini” is the company’s spin on the dirty martini. Veltini blends vodka, olive brine, and vermouth with the hearty flavor of the signature cheese. Velveeta-stuffed olives and jumbo Velveeta shells are the icings on top of the martini that also features a cheese drip rim.

Velveeta partnered with BLT Restaurant Group for the unique beverage that will only be served at select locations of the steakhouse chain. Adding to its exclusivity, the Veltini will only be available during the “golden hour” from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Kelsey Rice, Senior Brand Communications Manager for Velveeta, said the alcoholic delicacy is the “ultimate outrageous pleasure.”

Anyone wanting to try a Veltini may do so at BLT Steak New York, BLT Steak Washington D.C., BLT Steak Charlotte, BLT Prime New York, and The Florentine in Chicago. For those preferring a night in with the cheesy booze, the martini can be delivered via Goldbelly. This option provides an interactive experience, allowing Veltini drinkers to become a bartender for the night. The $50 complete online gift pack includes a recipe card for the liquor, two martini glasses, a cocktail shaker, and the needed garnishes to re-create the drink correctly.

The Veltini is only available for a limited time, so make sure you try one while supplies last.
