A viral video shows a male passenger on a Spirit Airlines flight engaging in a heated dispute with a female passenger, threatening to snatch her wig off after complaining she was in his “space.” The video, originally shared by Dallas Latest on Instagram, captures the shocking moment when a white male passenger began hurling insults at a Black female passenger standing in the aisle.

The incident reportedly took place on a flight that departed from Houston, Texas, and landed in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In the clip, the situation escalates quickly as the male passenger, visibly agitated, directs profane language towards the woman, saying, “B**** a**, you’re lucky you’re a woman.”
The female passenger remains unfazed and fires back, “That’s what you’re mad about because you’re not one. You want to have a catfight, don’t you?”
This only seemed to provoke him further. “Listen, relax before I take your hairpiece out,” he threatened. “Yeah, you and your wig. You want to play that s***. You want to start talking s***, lady?”
As the argument continued, fellow passengers could be heard trying to calm the situation down, urging the man to relax and lower his voice. But he wasn’t backing down. When the woman clapped back with jabs about his weight, suggesting he have another beer, and telling him that he “smells like the toxins he consumes,” he called her a “mouthy b****” and, in a bizarre move, leaned in to blow his breath in her face not once, but twice. This act triggered an audible uproar from the other passengers who were clearly disgusted by his behavior.
The confrontation appeared to happen as passengers were deboarding the plane. According to the video caption, the woman was standing near the man’s seat, which he claimed was invading his personal space. “You the one who jumped up here, got all kinds of attitude,” he exclaimed. He then took aim at the other passengers, calling them a “boatload of handouts,” prompting the woman to calmly assert that she’s “self-employed” and pays her taxes.
As of now, it’s unclear whether any further actions were taken against the male passenger.
