Months after a judge rejected his application for extended alimony from his well-known ex-wife, Wendy Williams, Kevin Hunter is selling his $1.2 million Florida home.
According to Radar Online, recently discovered real estate records suggest that Hunter has a pending sale on his 3,425 square foot, Parkland, Florida, home. Hunter and Sharina Hudson, the woman he impregnated while married to Williams, are said to have been living together.
Kevin paid $795k for the home in 2020. He put the house up for sale in April for $1.3 million. The property was under contract and awaited final permission on June 29.
Months after his divorce from Wendy was finalized, Kevin and Sharina moved from New Jersey to Florida.
Following Kevin’s defeat in court earlier this year regarding his alimony payments from Wendy, he decided to sell the pad.
Despite being required per their divorce agreement, Kevin claimed that his checks stopped in early 2022.
It was recently reported that Wendy was appointed an administrator who controlled her finances after it was believed that she would be financially exploited.
