A Wendy’s manager in Kalamazoo, Michigan, was fired after being captured on video calling an employee a “b*tch” and demanding her to “f*cking clean.”
Sophia Cargill pulled out her cellphone at the end of her shift and started recording the assistant manager at her job verbally assaulting her. The TikTok video was shared by comedian D.L. Hughley on Instagram and has over 742,209 views.
“I got you on camera, Mike. I got you on camera, Mike. Guess what, Mike? That’s the end of the road, Mike,” Cargill said while recording the assistant manager yelling at her.
“Michael is power-tripping,” Cargill said.
Cargill made a follow-up video and said that she was suspended without pay. A spokesperson for the fast-food restaurant told TMZ that Cargill was reinstated and that the assistant manager, Mike, was fired.
“We have no tolerance for harassment in the workplace. Upon learning of this situation, we acted immediately following our protocols and suspended those involved to run a thorough investigation,” the spokesperson said.
Cargill launched a GoFundMe campaign to raise $25,000 for food, rent, and bills while deciding if she wants to continue working for Wendy’s. The young woman says that she is traumatized and wants to hire a lawyer.
The last video that Cargill uploaded onto her TikTok account (mon3adatmac) show’s her crying in her Wendy’s uniform and saying that she “can’t take it no more” and that her chest hurts.

We all know Mike was never suspended so how can they claim all parties involved were suspended. Disgusting they only fired him because it went viral.
