Just a day after a press conference was held by Jefferson Parish Sheriff Newell Normand, telling the press and community that Ronald Gasser did not stand over Joe McKnight's body and shoot him, a new witness may be able to somewhat prove otherwise. So much for that "the witness' account was factually incorrect" excuse, eh?
