Xzibit Sued After Customer Says His Branded THC Oil Cartridges Made Him Sick

Xzibit has been slapped with a lawsuit over his branded THC Concentrate Vape Cartridges, which one customer claims to be toxic.

According to TMZ, Ignacio Lee says he bought X’s Brass Knuckles Vape Cartridges in Candy Apple and Sour Diesel strictly because of X’s Instagram promotion of the product.

In the suit, Lee claims X said the “oil is clean,” and that the product was “COMPLETELY pesticide AND contaminate FREE.” But, after several months of using the branded product, he began experiencing side effects from the rapper’s strain of THC oil.

Lee says he began using the product in July of 2016, and in 2017 is when things started to happen. He says he fell ill, experiencing fatigue, headaches, chest pains and more. When he stopped using them in August, the symptoms went away, which leads him to believe X’s product caused the issue.

In fact, Lee claims he had someone conduct an independent lab test on the product, which uncovered detectable levels of pesticide. As a result, Lee has filed a class action on behalf of everyone who used the product.

He is asking for money and wants X and the rest of the marketing team to nix the contaminate free claim.
