You Act Like You’ve Never Been Anywhere!!

What happens when you take the “ratchet” and give them money?? That’s right, you get someone who acts like they’ve never been anywhere! I’m talking about the person who proceeds to act a fool every time they’re in a new city, can’t keep quiet about being in a particular city and brings the hood everywhere they go. That’s a person who acts like they’ve never been anywhere. That’s the person you have to hide your good dishes from when they come visit because, well, it may come up missing.

I guess it goes to show, you can buy your way out of the hood but you can’t buy class. Let’s look at celebrity examples of “You Act Like You’ve Never Been Anywhere” syndrome shall we?

Foxy Brown:
Foxy is one of those people you don’t let out of jail because she acts like she’s never been anywhere. Foxy’s idea of fancy is breaking out her “China Doll” wig and proceeding to NOT whoop your ass. If she let you make it today, you’re having a good day.

Fantasia:
Every time Tasia Mae hits the stage I shutter a little bit inside. Her voice is phenomenal but her inability to keep her shoes on takes away from all of that. Not to mention her reality TV show puts her in the most uncivilized, unflattering and bafoonish light. If Fantasia HAS been somewhere, we wouldn’t know!

T-Pain:
This is an example of when you give the wrong people money. T-Pain has seemed to take all of the money he makes on features and auto-tuning it into one big ignorant ass piece of jewelry. And do we remember his top hat faze? In the words of Dave Chapelle “They shoulda never gave yall n-ggas money!!”

Who else hasn’t been anywhere and why?
