Young Buck Files Bankruptcy; Claims He Should Still Be Receiving Royalties But Isn’t

Former G-Unit member Young Buck has filed bankruptcy and is relying on his girlfriend for assistance.

According to documents obtained by Bossip, the Money In The Bank rapper filed bankruptcy last week and claims he not only has no money in the bank but has little to no assets and owns a combined $200 in clothes and jewelry.

The documents reveal that his girlfriend allows him to use her car and use her household items in their shared home.

The legal paperwork reveals that Buck owed $50,239 to the IRS as well as $106,000 in child support split between two of his baby’s mothers.

The documentation also reveals that Buck’s stream of income has been $35,000 from several of his copyrighted mixtapes, which include: 10 Bricks, 10 Bodies, and 10 Bullets. Buck claims that he should be receiving royalties; however, he isn’t receiving any payments and doesn’t know who is the outlet reports.

Buck requests that former group-mate 50 Cent and G-Unit be barred from receiving any funds through his bankruptcy filing, court documents reveal.

A judge has yet to make a decision in the case of Buck filing for bankruptcy.
