The conversation started with Envy asking Gia about Diddy’s situation. She responded thoughtfully, stating that she believes in knowing the facts before passing judgment. Gia maintained a neutral stance, emphasizing that it’s important to let the judicial system do their job while not jumping to conclusions based on hearsay.
Envy, however, gave a more direct response. He said that despite Diddy’s high-profile image, he believes the Bad Boys mogul is being treated unfairly. Envy did acknowledge that Diddy is a “freaky n*gga,” but he doesn’t think he should be condemned for that.
“He is a freaky n*gga, like freaky freaky freaky,” Envy said. “The fact that he has a thousand bottles of baby oil and lube just means he just like to get sh*t popping and there’s nothing wrong, there’s nothing illegal about that.”
Additionally, Envy drew a comparison between Diddy, Harvey Weinstein, Bill Cosby, and OJ Simpson, noting that they were granted bail despite their heinous crimes, yet Diddy was denied one. He highlighted the impact of the situation falling on his children, who are currently left without their mother, Kim Porter, who passed away a few years ago.
“I don’t like the fact that they didn’t give him a bond,” Envy added. “He has three kids without a mom right. He has two twins that are 17 years old that don’t have their dad right now and probably won’t have their dad for the next two years until the trial is over. I feel like he should have got a bond and been able to fight this outside.”
He continued, “Harvey Weinstein had a bond. Bill Cosby had a bond, OJ had a bond and people could say OJ ran. He took off and they chased him and he still had a bond. Now, in this society, it feels like you’re guilty and you have to prove yourself to be innocent but it should be the other way.”
Even though he came to his defense, Envy made it clear that if Diddy is found guilty of his accusations, he should receive time behind bars.
“If he did do the things that those women said he did and those men said that he did, he should go to jail,” Envy stated.

While the Chamber has the authority to nominate star recipients, manufacture and install stars upon city approval, and conduct the Walk of Fame installation ceremony, it lacks the authority to remove them.
Even with seven civil lawsuits alleging sexual assault and other misdeeds, along with a federal criminal investigation, Diddy’s star remains untouched.
This isn’t the first time calls have been made to remove stars. Similar demands were made for celebrities like Bill Cosby and Donald Trump. While Trump’s star was repeatedly vandalized, it was never removed.
Diddy has vehemently denied the allegations, previously claiming his accusers were motivated by money. However, his denial faced significant scrutiny after the Cassie video surfaced.

His conviction served as a major milestone in the #MeToo movement, dedicated to shedding light on and combatting sexual harassment and assault, particularly within professional environments.
The conviction was overturned due to the trial court’s error in admitting testimony about unrelated past sexual acts and unfairly questioning the defendant about them, despite him having no prior criminal history.
Now, users on social media are grappling with how someone like Weinstein could have his conviction overturned, while others find the news sadly predictable.

The “A Different World” star portrayed the role of Whitley Gilbert-Wayne in the “Cosby Show” spin-off. In the inaugural Cosby series, the main character, Denise Huxtable, whom Lisa Bonet played, attended the fictional HBCU Hillman College. This became the focal point of “A Different World.” Both shows shined a light on the importance of Black education. According to statistics published by Page Six, the shows led to a spike in HBCU enrollment. Years later, filmmaker Lena Waithe named her company “Hillman Grad,” paying homage to the television university. Guy hopes that attributes such as these will be noticed in the drama with the show’s creators.
“I hope his work survives, the legacy of his work. The reason we’re on an HBCU campus is because of Cosby’s idea. He’s brilliant to set it that way because he’s sending out a message without saying it, or broadcasting it,” Guy shared, referring to the “A Different World” HBCU tour she and her castmates began in February.
Guy’s comments may ruffle some feathers, considering the high-profile cases against the comedian. In 2018, Cosby was found guilty of drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand in 2004. He was ordered to serve three to ten years in prison for this. Though his conviction was overturned in 2021 due to a technicality, dozens of women have sued him for similar acts dating back to the 1970s. One of the latest lawsuits was filed in February 2024, with a woman accusing Cosby of sexually assaulting her in 1986 when she was a teenager. The 2022 docuseries “We Need to Talk About Cosby” highlighted several of these instances.

Tarshis claims that she first met Cosby when she was just 19. He invited her to the set of his hit sitcom for a writing session, but once she got there, they went to a private area, where Cosby provided her with a drink. Afterward, Tarshis felt lightheaded and soon fainted. When the woman awoke, she said Cosy was taking off her clothes. She tried to fight him, but he forced himself onto her, making Tarshis perform oral sex on him. The performer says she met up with Cosby a year later to attend a fair with him. However, on the way there, she underwent an identical assault, having been drugged and raped while unconscious.
In her lawsuit, Tarshis is accusing the comedian of everything from assault to false imprisonment. She also claims she has endured severe emotional distress. While her name may be new to some, Tarshis previously accused Cosby of assault back in 2014 during an interview with CNN’s Don Lemon. In that discussion, Lemon shockingly suggested that Tarshis could have prevented the rape.
Tarshis is suing for an unspecified amount. Bill Cosby has not responded to this suit but has maintained his innocence in similar cases.

Sources say that the couple’s legal troubles have reportedly caused “major issues,” leaving them in a “bad situation financially.”
“It’s never going to end,” the insider said to RadarOnline.” They are in financial turmoil right now.”
The source added that Camille is unwilling to make lifestyle changes to alleviate their situation.
Cosby reportedly owes nearly $650k for the 2019 and 2020 tax years, one for $88,566.88 and the other for $559,573.77.
Additionally, he was ordered to pay $500k in damages to Judy Huth last year for an assault dating back to 1975.

According to the lawsuit, Cosby picked her up in a limo and offered her a glass of wine. She said she was then taken to Cosby’s dressing room, where she began feeling unwell. Motsinger believed she was given aspirin when she started losing consciousness. She claims she woke up at home in panties and “knew she had been drugged and raped by Bill Cosby.”
Motsinger is suing Cosby for emotional distress, and Cosby’s representative, Andrew Wyatt, said he had “No comment at this present time because this is utterly ridiculous and pointless.”
Earlier this month, actress Linda Ridgway-Whitedeer accused Cosby of sexual assault after he forced her to perform oral sex on him during what was supposed to be an audition in 1971.
Over the years, Cosby has been accused by over 60 women of rape, drug-facilitated sexual assault, sexual battery, child sexual abuse, sexual misconduct and sexual harassment.
A new lawsuit filed on Friday accuses the actor of raping singer Morganne Picard several times over a three-year period. According to Picard, she was invited to the set of “The Cosby Show” under false pretenses. She was told that hanging around Cosby would help her career, and she looked to him as a mentor. However, Picard says their time together was much more sinister. On one occasion, she claims Cosby handed her a drink in his home, and she passed out soon after. The performer says she woke up nude in a hotel room with pain in her groin area. Per the court documents, Picard concluded that the once-adored TV dad had sexually assaulted her.
This latest suit comes just weeks after ex-Playboy model Victoria Valentino sued Cosby for a similar incident. She says the show creator raped her in 1969 after an acting audition. Valentino is among nine other women to file lawsuits against the convicted rapist in June alone. His spokesperson, Andrew Wyatt, believes the women are simply after money.
Cosby received ten years behind bars in 2018 for raping Andrea Constand at his home in 2005. However, in 2021, his conviction was overturned, and he was released. Since then, the accusations have continued against Cosby. Publicly, he seems unbothered, even contemplating a return to the stand-up comedy stage. Cosby remains tightlipped about the continued claims against him.

According to the women, some of the alleged incidents occurred in Cosby’s Las Vegas suite.
Former “The Cosby Show” cast member, Bernard, claims that in 1990, Cosby set up a trip from New York to Nevada under the guise of setting her up to meet with Hollywood producers.
She said that when she arrived in Vegas, Cosby told her that producers were not available to meet and instead extended an invitation to a mentorship session in his hotel suite, where she claims he persuaded her to consume a substance that left her feeling lightheaded, disoriented, and elated.
As a result of the effects of the drink, Lili claims she fell in Cosby’s suite and became unconscious, and when she awoke, she was naked next to a naked Cosby, who raped her despite telling him she didn’t want sex.
The lawsuit also states that Cosby allegedly invited Dickinson out to Lake Tahoe under the pretense of discussing a television role in 1982.
The model claims that while out to dinner, she complained to Cosby about her period cramps, and he responded by giving her a pill that he claimed would relieve the pain.
After taking the medication, the former model claims she felt woozy, disoriented, and dizzy; she also alleges that Cosby raped her in his suite. She claims that she yelled at him to stop and made unsuccessful attempts to fend him off.
Neither Lili nor Janice says they consented to or resisted Cosby’s sexual acts against their will, and they both say they were mentally and physically unable to resist or consent to them.
In their lawsuit against Cosby, the women claim they will be suing for damages due to emotional distress, embarrassment, mental anguish, and humiliation as a result of his actions.
