The Baller Alert Show, featuring your lifestyle specialist Kenny Burns, with Ferrari Simmons and Su Solo, kicked off its 47th episode with a recap of the hottest topics and current events from the previous week.
In case you missed it, the hosts discussed Cardi B and Nicki Minaj’s social media spat, which erupted after Minaj’s Queen Radio Show, where she called out Cardi B and her sister, Hennessy, and addressed a slew of allegations, including stopping bags, leaking numbers and the mysterious knot on Cardi’s head after the Harper’s Bazaar incident.
According to Rari, while it seems like “Cardi’s just trying to do her,” Nicki is out here hating on her, despite her experience with her own idols becoming her rivals. But, at the end of the day, the hosts agreed that Nicki’s actions are straight up bitterness and hate.
As the segment continued, the hosts touched on Donald Trump’s shenanigans and stressed the importance of voting, before they jumped into the whirlwind that is, Kanye West and the Kardashian Klan.
First, the hosts discussed Kim Kardashian’s explanation as to why she would forever stand by her man, besides the fact that he is her husband. In a recent interview, Kim revealed that she would always support him because he’s always done the same for her and regardless of that, she says he has a great heart, although he doesn’t mean much of what he says.
While the hosts do believe his heart may be in the right place, he may need someone to speak for him. But, even still, he needs to be held accountable for the things he’s done and said because at the end of the day, he’s still a grown man with the ability to make his own decisions.
In the next segment, the hosts discussed this week’s Baller Mail about dating for the newly single. Is it harder? Rari believes so, because of social media. What do you think?
Next, Su shared this week’s comment creeping featuring LeBron James, who commented on a Michael Jordan’s commercial about the ‘Greatest [Quarterback] of All Time.” Although he was talking about the match up between Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers, the commercial was designed to tease the conversation about the GOAT Basketball Player between James and Jordan. And thanks to the comment creepin, we now know that LeBron is up for the challenge. Who would you take?
To wrap the episode, Kenfucious spoke to the controllers of the culture. Check out the full episode below:
