Co-written and produced by The Neptunes, with Pharrell Williams on the hook, the single was an instant hit.

The smooth beat, along with Pharrell’s falsetto voice and Jay’s charismatic flow, caused the single to peak at #8 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #1 on the Billboard R&B chart in April 2003.

The song was nominated for best rap songwriting at the 46th Grammy Awards.
