BIg Boy Settles Lawsuit With Former Radio Station

Morning show radio host, Kurt “Big Boy” Alexander, has settled the beef over “Big Boy’s Neighborhood” with his old station, Emmis Communications (Power 106 Los Angeles).

If you recall, Big Boy left Emmis Communications last year to start a new job with Los Angeles’ Real 92.3 and iHeartMedia. In return Emmis Radio sued Big Boy for $5million claiming he didn’t allow them an opportunity to match iHeartMedia’s offer.

TMZ reports that according to court documents, both sides have settled the suit. The terms of the settlement are confidential and both parties we will pay their own attorneys’ fees.

Big Boy closed his $10.5 Million deal with iHeartMedia in March 2015, despite the legal issues with Emmis.
