Bun B Shoots Masked Intruder During Attempted Home Invasion

Bun B is being celebrated as a hero today. The well-respected rap veteran stopped a would-be intruder dead in his tracks after the masked gunman tried to force his way into his Houston area mansion.

According to TMZ, law enforcement officials claim that last night around 5:45, Bun’s wife, Queenie, answered a knock at the door thinking it was a delivery man but found a man wearing a mask and holding a gun. The intruder then demanded cash and valuables, as Queenie gave the gunman the keys to her Audi that was in the garage.

Bun B, who was upstairs in the home at the time, heard the commotion and grabbed his gun and ran down to confront the robber as he was getting into the car. There was a brief exchange of gunfire, and the gunman ran away on foot- leaving his own gun behind.

Police report that the masked man showed up at a local Houston-area hospital with a gunshot injury to his shoulder hours later and was subsequently arrested for 2 counts of aggravated robbery with a weapon and one count of burglary.
