Less than two weeks after Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus pulled the plug on their relationship, Hemsworth has moved to make it official by filing for divorce.
According to TMZ, Hemsworth recently filed legal documents in L.A., citing irreconcilable differences” after less than a year of marriage. However, the two reportedly had a prenup, so sources say there won’t be much of a fight over their assets.
But, as it turns out, there has been a bit of back and forth over the reasoning behind their split. Though Hemsworth kept it short, Cyrus took to the studio to share her side, blaming Hemsworth’s use of drugs and alcohol as a determining factor.
However, according to TMZ, Hemsworth denied the allegations.
