It’s official, MTV is rebooting Fear Factor, and Ludacris has signed on as executive producer and host.
The revival will include the classic gross-out challenges, plus 2017 twists like contestants being tasked to water-log their personal cell phones. Each episode will feature eight contestants paired into teams of two, competing for a $50,000 cash prize.
When asked about the project, Luda says, “I am excited to kick off my partnership with MTV, starting with the relaunch of Fear Factor, which will be even more insane and ludicrous than what you remember. This will be the first of many great projects together”
