Mel B Agrees To Withdraw Domestic Violence Restraining Order Against Stephen Belafonte

Mel B and Stephen Belafonte have finally come to some sort of agreement in their divorce battle. Although the divorce has yet to be settled completely, TMZ reports that Mel has agreed to withdraw the domestic violence restraining order against Belafonte.

Mel previously cited years of physical and emotional abuse at the hands of Belafonte amid their messy divorce proceedings. But now, in an effort to allow Belafonte access to their six-year-old daughter Madison, Mel has agreed to withdraw that portion.

According to TMZ, the former couple has settled some of their property division, as well. However, the two still have a long way to go in their divorce, as there has been no resolution of the nanny issue, where she claimed Mel B pressured her into having threesomes with the couple.
